Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 31, 2026 · Last updated: October 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TomTom Enterprises ("TomTom Enterprises", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit www.tomtomenterprises.com or use our websites, applications and services, including TomTom Games (tomtomgames.com), Toms Java Jive (tomsjavajive.com), NovaCPX, Zonecast, Streamhoard, JARVIS and App Grabber (together, the "Services"). Some Services have additional notices that apply to them; where they do, we link to them from that Service.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. This can include your name, username or alias, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash), the details you submit with an order, purchase, cash-out or support request, and the messages you send us.

Payment information. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers or bank account credentials on our own servers. For purchases we keep a record such as the amount, date, payment method type, status and a processor reference. For cash-outs we keep the payout handle you give us (for example an email address or payment tag) so we can pay you.

Information collected automatically. Our servers log technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and date and time. We use cookies and similar technology that are needed to keep you signed in and to protect the Services from abuse.

Information from Google. See section 4 for how we use data we receive through Google APIs.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate and support the Services, including creating and securing accounts and processing purchases and payouts.
  • To send service messages such as account verification, password resets, receipts and replies to your support requests.
  • To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse and security incidents, and to enforce our Terms of Service.
  • To maintain and improve the Services, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Services: with payment processors and payment gateways to take payments and send payouts; with infrastructure, email and hosting providers that operate the Services for us; when required by law or to protect rights, safety and security; and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information unless you are told otherwise.

4. Google user data

TomTom Enterprises' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Some of our Services connect to Google APIs. Specifically:

  • Gmail API. TomTom Games and related Services send transactional email (account verification, password reset and support replies) through a Gmail account that belongs to TomTom Enterprises, and our support tool can read and reply to messages that people send to that account. This access is to our own company mailbox, not to the Gmail accounts of our users, and the content is used only to send and answer those messages.
  • Google account sign-in and workspace access for our team. Our private internal tools (such as JARVIS) may use Google sign-in and Google APIs to access the Google accounts of TomTom Enterprises and its authorized staff, for example to help them manage their own email, calendar and files. The data is accessed only after the account owner grants permission and is used only to provide that function to that owner.

We request only the access needed for these features. We do not use Google user data for advertising or to build advertising profiles, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the feature, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you. Humans at TomTom Enterprises do not read Google user data unless you give permission for specific messages, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or it is part of our own company mailbox. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Data retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution requirements. Server logs are kept for a limited period. Temporary or test accounts are removed after they expire. You can ask us to delete your account or data using the contact details below, subject to those requirements.

6. Security

We protect information with measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You can access and update much of your account information in your account settings. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity first. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

8. Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and our gaming and payment Services are for adults of legal age in their location. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International users

We are based in the United States and our Services are operated from the United States. If you use the Services from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and change the "last updated" date. If a change is significant we will give additional notice.
