TomTom Enterprises brings physical entertainment and software together. The same people who keep claw machines stocked and running also build, host and support the online platforms above, so everything is run end to end by one team.

Google API services

How we use Google user data.

Some TomTom Enterprises platforms connect to Google APIs. This section explains exactly what we ask for and why. Our full commitments are in the Privacy Policy.

Who is asking

The Google app named "JarvisAP" belongs to TomTom Enterprises (www.tomtomenterprises.com) and powers our own platforms: JARVIS AI, TomTom Games, Toms Java Jive, NovaCPX and our other business websites. It is not a public app for other people's accounts.

What we request

Gmail API access limited to two permissions: send email and read email. Nothing else, and we do not ask for contacts, files, calendar or account-management permissions for these services.

Why we need it

To send our own transactional emails (account verification, password resets, booking and order notices, support replies) from company-owned Gmail accounts, and to read the messages sent to those same mailboxes so our team can answer customers. JARVIS AI uses Google access only for the accounts of TomTom Enterprises and its authorized staff, after the account owner approves.

Whose data

The mailboxes are ours. We do not ask visitors, players or customers to sign in with Google or to give us access to their own Gmail, and we never read anyone else's email.

What we never do

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it except as needed to run the service or as the law requires. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
